Solutions for Water Treatment and Recovery in small spaces

Band Float (BAF)
It is a patented high technology machine that makes part of the systems applied by Idrosistem for the filtration and recovery of wastewater in all industries.
It combines flotation (DAF) and band filtration in one small macchine and can be built for different flows of wastewater.

Thanks to its compact size and reduced dimensions, it becomes the perfect solution for the companies that have lack of space available for the installation of a complete water treatment plant.
Band Bio Float (BBF)
It is an avant-garde system that combines three types of different technologies (Flotation, Biofiltration, and Mechanical filtration (band filtration).
​
This single characteristic takes it to the highest level of efficiency in comparison to its competitors (traditional chemical physical system and electro coagulation).
Sand Filtration with Internal Flotation (SFF)
Our sand filters are not the traditional type of filters normally used in the industry. They are so designed as to prevent typical problems that occur when dealing with industrial waters, such as anti-clogging water distribution, a backwashing system which completely stops the loss of sand during filtration (Idrosistem's patent) and a “co-flow” system of water and air.
This reduces the cost of maintenance and minimises production stop days.
Trial Center and Laboratory
Idrosistem energy srl has been equipped, as of April 2019, with a research center at its headquarters to carry out large-scale water treatment and recovery tests.

The system can operate in a "closed loop", so that any technology can be tested for hours or days keeping the flow rate and pollutant load constant.
​
The research center is available to all customers who wish to directly test their process water on the technologies and plant solutions offered to them by Idrosistem. In addition to the tests, at the research & trial center we perform most laboratory tests for waste water.
